The Statham family tragically lost their lives when a lorry collided with their car.
David, 38, and his wife Michelle, 33, were driving on the M6 with their three sons; Reece, Jay, Mason and ten-week-old daughter Ellouise.
They had just taken Ellouise to visit her maternal grandparents in Birmingham for the first time and were returning to their home in North Wales.
The Stathams' car had been travelling north on the M6 in slow-moving traffic when it was hit from behind by a truck driven by a Portuguese driver.
It was shoved into the rear of another lorry before bursting into flames. The family were trapped inside the crushed car as it burned ferociously on the motorway near Sandbach, Cheshire.
By the time emergency services reached the scene, David and Michelle, and their sons Reece, 13, Jay, nine, Mason, 20 months, and baby Ellouise were dead.
They had lived in Birmingham before moving to Llandudno five years ago.

God needed an angel in heaven
When Jesus lived upon the earth so many years ago,

The tiny rosebud God picked to bloom in Heaven.
The master gardener from heaven above
Planted a seed in the garden of Love,
And from it there grew a rosebud small
That never had time to open at all.
For God in his perfect and all-wise way
Chose this rose for his heavenly bouquet,
And great was the joy of this tiny rose
To be the one our Father chose
To leave earth’s garden
For one on high
where roses bloom always and never die.
So, while you can’t see your precious rose bloom,
You know the great gardener from the upper room
Is watching and tending this wee rose with care,
Tenderly touching each petal so fair.
So think of your darling with the angels above,
Secure and contented and surrounded with love,
And remember God blessed and enriched your lives too,
For in dying your darling brought heaven closer to you.
